Shipping Policy

Typical processing includes orders processed AND shipped within 1-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

We are unable to guarantee changes once an order is placed, however if you need a hand, please email support@lovecrafted.com with as many details as possible and we'll try our best.

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the contiguous U.S. $75 and up.

Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times will vary depending on shipping method AND delivery destination.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48-72 hours once a label has been created. 

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

We offer expedited shipping options for contiguous domestic orders. Pricing is dependent upon destination/weight of package. We ask that you please apply our 2-3 business day window for processing to plan accordingly.

For example, orders placed on Thursday or Friday with UPS 2-Day will likely arrive the following Monday or Tuesday, and will not arrive Saturday or Sunday.

This is our carrier's shipping policy, and once a package is shipped from our office, delivery is unfortunately out of our hands. For more info or help with your order, email our Customer Care team at support@lovecrafted.com.

We are not currently offering international shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada, but if/when we do, those destinations will be listed here. Shipping rates are calculated by weight AND delivery destination, and include the cost of any duties and taxes upfront so you won't be charged later on.

We are committed to sustainability and cost-efficiency. To reduce waste and keep costs low, we proudly reuse intact shipping containers and packing materials for our orders. This means that your package may arrive in a previously used box, such as an Amazon box or another repurposed container. Rest assured, your items are packed with the utmost care and attention to ensure they arrive safely and securely. By reusing boxes, we're able to contribute to environmental conservation and pass the savings on to you. Thank you for supporting our eco-friendly practices!
